What Is Personal Support & Wellness Coaching?
Personal support and wellness coaching is a collaborative process centered on reflection, awareness, and intentional action. I work with clients to clarify their goals, recognize internal and external resources, and develop practices that support well-being over time.
Rather than focusing solely on stressors or symptoms, I help clients explore how they are relating to themselves and their lives — and what tools, habits, and supports can help them feel more grounded, empowered, and connected.
I offer perspective, supportive accountability, and practical tools to help clients navigate stress, relationships, and life with greater clarity and self-trust.
Many of my clients are navigating identity complexity, nontraditional relationships, chronic stress, or burnout — but curiosity and readiness matter more than labels.
What Working Together Looks Like
Our work together happens through thoughtful, structured conversations where there’s room to slow down, reflect, and make sense of what’s happening in your life. We explore thoughts, feelings, and values with curiosity rather than judgment, and focus on developing tools for stress regulation and self-management that fit you — not a prescribed formula.
Accountability in this space is supportive rather than pressuring. You remain the expert on your own life; my role is to offer perspective, help you notice patterns, and support you in strengthening self-trust as you take intentional steps forward at a pace that feels sustainable.

Sessions are held virtually via Microsoft Teams, allowing you to join from a private, comfortable space of your choosing. A stable internet connection and a space where you feel able to speak openly will help you get the most out of our work together.
We’ll begin with a free 15-minute consultation to explore your goals and make sure this support feels like a good fit. Ongoing sessions focus on reflection, progress, and practical next steps, with optional check-ins available between sessions if that feels supportive.
I understand that life is unpredictable, and I don’t charge cancellation fees. I do ask for communication when possible — ideally at least two hours in advance — so I can plan my time and energy responsibly and keep this work sustainable for both of us.
This practice is grounded in care, consent, and clear boundaries. If concerns arise related to scope of practice or safety, I may pause or end the coaching relationship with transparency and respect.
