I offer trauma-informed, non-judgmental support for people navigating stress, relationships, identity, sexuality, and life transitions — especially those living with chronic stress, nontraditional relationship structures, or identity complexity. 

My practice is rooted in the belief that people are inherently creative, resourceful, and whole. I approach my work holistically, recognizing the interconnectedness of mental, emotional, social, physical, sexual, and spiritual well-being.
